The website was developed as a creative destination platform showcasing coworking, event, and community spaces across Stockholm. The project required a flexible, content-driven architecture capable of supporting diverse layouts, dynamic storytelling, and long-term scalability. The platform was built on WordPress with deep customizations, focusing on performance, usability, and search engine visibility.
All front-end components were developed from scratch using custom PHP, JavaScript, and CSS, with a strong emphasis on modularity and reusability. A fully component-based frontend system was implemented, allowing dynamic content blocks and layouts to be generated through Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). This approach enabled editors to manage and rearrange content directly within the WordPress admin interface, providing full control over page structure without developer involvement.
A flexible content architecture was designed and implemented using ACF Flexible Content, supporting a wide range of page elements, including hero sections, sliders, card-based layouts, interactive listings, and custom forms. This architecture ensured that the platform could evolve alongside the business, accommodating new content types and layouts without structural changes to the codebase.
A comprehensive on-page SEO strategy was implemented across the entire site to ensure strong visibility and reliable indexing in search engines. This included structured meta titles and descriptions, schema markup, canonical URLs, XML sitemap configuration, and an SEO-friendly URL structure. These optimizations were applied consistently across all content types, supporting long-term organic search performance.
To support data-driven decision-making, analytics and tracking tools were integrated to monitor user behavior, engagement, and conversion funnels. This setup provided actionable insights for continuous UX improvements and performance optimization.
The user interface was designed and developed to be fully responsive across all devices, with custom styling and subtle animations enhancing the overall user experience while maintaining accessibility and performance standards. Front-end performance was carefully optimized to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions, supported by clean, maintainable code that follows modern web development best practices.
